Usually, i'm hiding blogger navbar in my templates. But somebody's want to use it. You will need to do the following few simple steps if you want to display navbar again in my templates.
1. Log in to your Blogger Dashboard and go to Design --> Edit HTML
2. Search for #navbar-iframe{display:none !important;}
3. Delete it.
4. It's done.
